Grayline runs this tour. It was excellent. The shuttle picked us up directly and on time from our downtown hotel and dropped right at one of the entrances to the Opry. Our seats were great. Highly recommend! You cannot NOT do a visit when in Nashville.
We went on a Tuesday night. Pick up at hotel was 5:30, show was 7-9 and we were dropped right back at the hotel. It is about a 20 minute drive from downtown but extra time needed for hotel pickups.

We had great seats reserved for us through Viator and the concert was better than we expected. There is food to purchase at the venue should you not have time to eat before you go. Food and drinks allowed in the auditorium.

The show was very nice and the pickup and drop off service was great. However the shuttle did not pick up at its hotel and we were never told that we had to walk to another location. You need to call to make sure the shuttle will pick you up at your location.
